“This poster was gifted by a typewriter sales rep to a potential client in the late '50s/early '60s, said client was so fond of the graphically appealing design that they had the poster professionally framed + glazed and had it hanging in their office for years to come. Unfortunately the name of the typewriter company isn't known, and although I've invested some time looking on Google and through reference books I can't link this design to any brand.
Despite this, the image of the globe breaking down into a typewriter ribbon is excellent and the colours very vibrant. The piece remains in very good condition, small specs of dirt have got behind the glass over the years though this is only noticeable on close inspection and the frame has picked up a few small scuffs. Other than this, the poster is nicely presented and ready to hang on a wall.”
