"Bill Papas was born in Transvaal South Africa 1927, he later lived in England and Greece. A highly regarded political cartoonist and caricaturist, book author and illustrator, he passed away in 2000 but has left us some wonderful pieces of work. This is an original pen and ink of The Shambles, Manchester, signed and in its original frame. This would look great reframed in black for a contemporary look."
