VINTspiration: Series 40
February 16, 2018 - Inspiration
Welcome to this week's VINTspiration: here we share all the great stuff we stumble across on a daily basis and that inspire us throughout the week. Enjoy!
Troutbeck, Upstate New York. This newly refurbished hotel seems to have been a labour of love for its new owners. They’ve done things well and we want to spend a spring weekend here.
A lovely and inspiring piece about an abandoned truck in The Outer Hebrides (and it’s on our friends at Caught by the River’s sparkling new website).
Los Angeles has a new hotel and it’s an amazingly confident and successful version of an until now unseen industrial/deco/eastern/vintage design hybrid.
Vintage Tribes! A new book for anyone missing/fascinated by the lost tribes of the British Isles, by which we mean Beats, Crusties, Punks and all of the others that have come and gone. A Hero for High Times is out now on Penguin.
Cambridge’s iconic gallery Kettle’s Yard has just reopened after a massive refurbishment. Never been? Now’s the time.
