delivery

UK delivery:  We despatch items in stock by Royal Mail 1st Class post within three working days of receiving your order.  Normal delivery may take up to 5 working days.  During sale periods we may take a little longer, if your order is urgent please let us know, email abi@pedlars.co.uk, and we will try our best to meet any deadlines.

express delivery:  If you simply cannot wait for your order we will send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  This service will guarantee delivery, of items that are in stock, by 1pm the day after you place your order provided that you do so before 4pm, Monday-Thursday.  (It generally works for orders placed on a Friday, but we cannot guarantee this).

mailing overseas:  We are able to send most items overseas using Royal Mail International signed for service.  Please enquire and we will give you a quote for postage, and confirm if the item can be mailed, call +44 (0)1330 850400 or email abi@pedlars.co.uk for further details.

UK post and packing charges:  Order value - £40.00 and under charge - £4.95

                                                       Order value - more than £40.00 charge - £5.95

express delivery charges:  Next day delivery up to 2kg - £12.00.  Next day delivery over 2kg - £24.00.  We will let you know by email which category your order falls into and await confirmation before despatching your order.

returns:  Please fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice, cut off the FREEPOST returns label from the bottom right-hand corner, enclose the form and return the parcel free of charge.  The only thing we do ask of you is to obtain a certificate of posting which is available free of charge from any Post Office.  This service does not apply to overseas customers.
