UK Deliveries

Due to adverse weather, deliveries may take a little longer at the moment.

We offer three levels of service to all UK mainland addresses.

STANDARD DELIVERY - 5-6 days

Order value - £30 and under - £4.95
Order value - more than £30 - £5.95

EXPRESS DELIVERY - 48 hours

Order value - £30 and under - £7.50
Order value - more than £30 - £8.50

During sale periods Standard and Express Delivery may take a little longer.

ECIAL DELIVERY - Next day

Order value - £30 and under - £15.00
Order value - more than £30 - £29.00

NB Special Delivery is not available on orders weighing more than 2.5kg

If you want your goods sent Express or Special Delivery please place your online order before 3pm.  This will allow us to get it in the post the same day. 


Overseas Deliveries

Deliveries to EU countries are charged at £30, while orders to addresses outwith Europe are £50.

Returns

At Pedlars we have a ‘never quibble guarantee’. We will take anything back at any time for any reason - and remember all returns in the UK are free.

If anything you buy from us fails to make the grade, send it back, at any time, using our freepost address which you will find on the back of your invoice. We'll replace it, refund you or credit your account. No hassle! No argument!

Please note however that unfortunately any items bought within one of our Selfridges stores, can only be returned to one of those concessions, and vice versa (i.e. items bought out with the concessions cannot be returned to a Selfridges store).
 

Royal Mail
If your order was sent via Royal Mail please fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice, cut off the FREEPOST returns label from the bottom right-hand corner, enclose the form and return the parcel free of charge. The only thing we do ask of you is to obtain a certificate of posting which is available free of charge from any Post Office. This service does not apply to overseas customers
