UK Deliveries

We offer two levels of service to all UK mainland addresses:

STANDARD DELIVERY – 72hrs -  £4.95

EXPRESS DELIVERY – Next Day / 24hrs - £9.95
 

UK orders over £500 – Free Delivery.

If you want your goods sent Express Delivery, please place your online order before 2.30pm.

NB  During sale periods Standard and Express Delivery may take a little longer. We also cannot guarantee Express Delivery on a Saturday.

Overseas Deliveries

Deliveries to EU countries are charged at £30, while orders to addresses outwith Europe are £50. All items can be shipped abroad but larger items (particularly furniture and larger pictures) will be charged on a cost basis. Please call (01330) 850 400 or email marlene@pedlars.co.uk for a quote.

Returns

At Pedlars we have a ‘never quibble guarantee’. We will take anything back within 12 months for any reason - and remember all returns in the UK are free.

If anything you buy from us fails to make the grade, send it back, within 12 months, to Pedlars Central, The Old Stables, Castle Grounds, Hawarden, Flintshire, CH5 3NY, using the returns form enclosed in your parcel. We'll replace it, refund you or credit your account. No hassle! No argument!

Please note however that unfortunately any items bought within one of our Selfridges stores, can only be returned to one of those concessions, and vice versa (i.e. items bought out with the concessions cannot be returned to a Selfridges store).
